  1. Gentleman as well as a savage. The other sides of these warriors don't get shown a lot of the time. A lot of people assume fighting equals thug/arsehole.
This is an example of how wrong that assumption is.

  2. Jared is 39 years old and just fought his best ever fight after 20 years in the business. You guys have to understand that sometimes, age is just a number. Never give up and never quit on your dreams, even if you think your body cannot keep up anymore. This guy fought a prime Marvin Vetorri who is an absolute animal. Props to Jared for showing resiliency and tenacity and proving that even as you near the age of 40 you can still be the best. Him, Glover Teixeira, Jan Blachowicz, Yoel Romero, Fedor Emelianenko, Dan Henderson, the list goes on for fighters who stayed in their prime at 40+. Props to all of them.

  3. Jared Cannonier has to be the scariest puncher in the division. Those punches he landed came straight from hell and would've sent anyone to the ICU. If Pereira wasn't moving up to light-heavyweight, I would've liked to see him fight Cannonier to see who would KO the other. But man…what an impressive display of power.

  4. Marvin Vettori definitely the toughest middleweight. Dude took some of the hardest shots you can take and not go to sleep. Good job to Jared Cannonier for upping that output and proving that he's good enough to stand with the top players. Hopefully Vettori comes back want to see this be ran back sometime considering Vettori nearly finished Cannonier in rd 1.

  5. Jarred kept up that pace for 5 rounds.. the only thing Im worried about is his chin. He got flashed early, and if hes in there with a high level striker like Bobby knuckles im not sure he recovers.
