Get that septum straightened and those sinuses opened up man. Nose breathing is so healthy and liberating and you don't even know till you have it. I had it done and wish I had earlier. I understand you might get your nose broken in a fight and you might want to wait till you retire. But I suspect you'll still be better off in total.
