  1. The thing about this next fight between Izzy and Alex here is this…. The hype of duel between both of them has subsided a bit.
The nerves was more for when Alex came into UFC and faced very much more advanced Izzy for the first time in this arena.
Izzy mentioned that He would have beaten Alex because he is so much more refined now… And that The experience and skillset he possessed now at this level was beyond Alex's Exposure… So He was supposed to deal with Alex without much trouble.

But Now…the fact that Alex came and beat him Yet again… Even after this high level Izzy attained… Showed that Izzy's heightened level.. STILL was not sufficient enough to put Alex down.
Although Izzy may be the more polished Striker… The fact is that, that more polished skill STILL was NOT enough to put Alex down … And ALEX withstood that heightened SKILLSET… And still came and beat him.. Yet again. That's the point. That sent a STRONG Message to the masses.

If Alex wins Again… It certainly kinda sends the message now that regardless of what Izzy Does… He just doesn't have enough to beat ALEX. Not that Izzy isn't good….Just that his style and SKILLSET is not sufficient enough to put Alex down. Probably someone else can. But not Him.

If Izzy does beat Alex this time… I hope Izzy does Not act too egotistical or proud.
Alex beat him too many times already in different arenas for one win over him to send any kind of message. It won't. It will just show that He can beat him… But not that he's necessarily better than Alex overall.
It's just ONE win over someone who already proved that they can repeatedly beat you.. Even at your best.

So in My view… The outcome of this doesn't really prove anything in an overwhelming manner. The chance for that has already passed.
Im a great admirer of Izzy. Hes one of My favored fighters actually… But fact are facts.
The only person that deserves to win this battle is WHICHEVER one is the better fighter on fight night.
