  1. Constantly interlocking fingers gets you a passivity warning in wrestling in addition to opening your legs up for a shot. Refs hate it, especially at the lower levels, as it leads to kids breaking their fingers. They'll usually slap the wrestlers' hands as a warning first if they keep doing it. So it's just engrained in wrestlers from a young age to not do it. If you do see it it's at the more advanced levels like collegiate and international wrestling where hand fighting techniques are more complex, but even then it just a way to control to an under hook or collar tie. In grappling/ jiu jitsu you can defend shots with chokes so interlocking fingers and having a standing stance isn't as big of a deal. I hope grappling/jiu jitsu gets rid of it along with guard pulling I feel it's 25% of the match sometimes.

  2. The commentary is way better here on UFC fight pas than flo will ever have, they rarely have any back and forth between the commentators. This between Michael Chesa and Eddie Bravo is so organic. This has the potential to take BJJ where it needs to be 👍🏽

  3. Man this is soooo much better than powerslap. I'd love to see more stuff like that.Maybe even a striking only contest, like muay thai or kickboxing fights ,like ONE is doing

  4. Look at Vanessa being an absolute natural! She can fight, she can get on the mic, she can do everything UFC needs! Multifaceted Vanessa! Let's go Demo!
