Chelsea defender Levi Colwill was ruled out of Sunday’s Premier League clash with Manchester City by injury.
The 20-year-old was not named in Mauricio Pochettino’s 20-man squad for the match at Stamford Bridge due to a shoulder issue.
Colwill will be assessed again ahead of joining up with England this week for the European Championship qualifiers against Malta and North Macedonia.
Marc Cucurella replaced him at left-back.
Colwill had started every Premier League game so far this season under Pochettino.
