Arsenal are keeping a close eye on Aston Villa star Morgan Rogers ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window, FootballTransfers has been told.
The 22-year-old has enjoyed a breakout season under Unai Emery and he is now being monitored by a host of top clubs across the Premier League after establishing himself as a fully-fledged England international.
The England star is under contract at Villa Park until 2030, but the Premier League’s Profit and Sustainability Rules (PSR) could force Emery’s side to sanction a sale if a big-money offer is received.
Sources close to the situation state that Rogers is eager to continue playing Champions League football next season, after impressing in Europe’s elite club competition this year, and he could be tempted to leave Villa if they fail to qualify for the competition.

Arsenal pursue Morgan Rogers deal
Rogers has scored 14 goals and provided 12 assists in 51 appearances for Aston Villa so far this season, and his Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) currently stands at a career peak of €69 million – the eighth highest of any English player.
In addition to Arsenal, Chelsea have also been linked with a move for Rogers in recent weeks, while Manchester United have been tipped to pursue a potential deal too.
However, Arsenal are firmly in the race to acquire his signature this summer as Arteta looks to oversee a fairly sizable squad overhaul ahead of the 2025-26 campaign.
The Gunners boss is also hoping to bring Espanyol goalkeeper Joan Garcia, Real Sociedad midfielder Martin Zubimendi, Athletic Club winger Nico Williams and Sporting CP forward Viktor Gyokeres to the Emirates Stadium later this year amid the club’s eagerness to win the Premier League title for the first time since 2004.
