Manchester City kept the pressure on Arsenal with a 2-0 win over Nottingham Forest on Sunday evening, to stay within a point of the Gunners at the top of the table.
In a game that saw Phil Foden left out through illness and Erling Haaland start on the bench, it was defender Josko Gvardiol that scored the all-important goal to give Pep Guardiola’s side the lead.
Then in the second half within nine minutes of coming on, Haaland then scored the second to make sure of the result, the Norwegian getting his 21st of the season.
