Individual with learning difficulties avoids football ban after admitting to racially abusing Newport striker Omar Bogle – ordered to complete 40 hours of community service instead

A football fan with learning difficulties has pleaded guilty to racially abusing Newport striker Omar Bogle and has escaped a football banning order. 

According to Sky Sports News the spectator was given 40 hours of community service.
