Jadon Sancho argued with new Borussia Dortmund team-mate Niclas Fullkrug as the on-loan Manchester United winger pleaded to take a penalty he had won.

Sancho, making his second appearance of his loan deal, gave a reminder of his talent with a mazy run.

The 23-year-old dribbled into the penalty area and wrong-footed Cologne defender Rasmus Carstensen.

Sancho was then seen arguing with centre forward Fullkrug, reportedly saying ‘gimme the ball, gimme the ball’.

The forward scored the resulting spot-kick with Sancho joining him in celebration, putting their brief argument behind them.

Fullkrug’s penalty gave Dortmund a 2-0 lead, with Donyell Malen scoring his second of the match three minutes later to further extend their cushion.
