Pape Matar Sarr couldn’t hide his emotion as he was forced off injured during Tottenham’s clash with Bournemouth.
The 21-year-old netted Spurs’ opening goal after just 9 minutes but was replaced later in the first-half and left the pitch in tears.
The Senegal international may now miss the African Cup of Nations which gets underway next month.
