Tottenham defender Radu Dragusin will be out for the remainder of the season after tearing his ACL during last week’s Europa League game against Elfsborg, according to reports.
The Romanian is set to undergo an operation in London and is not expected to return until next season.
The Spurs injury crisis was deepened on Thursday night as another one of their regular starters was forced off the pitch.
Dragusin looked in agony as he clutched his knee and collapsed to the turf before being hauled off.
The club’s remarkable list of absentees also includes James Maddison, Brennan Johnson, Dominic Solanke, Destiny Udogie and goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario.
