TBR Football claimed that Chelsea are long-term admirers of Vinicius and they are eager to pursue a move for the 24-year-old if the opportunity presents itself this summer.

A move to London is reportedly appealing to Vinicius and Chelsea are set to keep tabs on his future at Real Madrid as they eye a potential deal ahead of the 2025-26 campaign.

But Romano does not believe there is much chance of Chelsea signing Vinicius Jr, sniping back in November that any move to Chelsea is “absolutely not realistic.”

Vinicius Jr Real Madrid future at risk

Vinicius Jr’s future at Madrid is currently at risk as contract talks are not going well.

Vinicius has just over two years remaining on his current contract at Real Madrid and reports have speculated that he is demanding to usurp Kylian Mbappe as the clubโ€™s outright highest earner in order to agree an extension.

If an agreement over a new contract isn’t found, then it is very likely that Madrid will decide to sell at the latest in 2026 to avoid losing him on a free transfer the next year.

Vinicius Jr has been a key target for the Saudi Pro League over the past year or so, with multiple reports that there is a very real possibility he could move to Saudi Arabia this summer.

The CEO of the Saudi Pro League is certain that Real Madrid superstar Vinicius Jr will move to Saudi Arabia very soon.

โ€œWe do not dream of Vinicius because it is not a question of dream, but a question of time, and of negotiation,” he said.

“Some of our clubs have what it takes to attract a talent like him. We’ll see what happens.”

There have been multiple reports that Vinicius Jr has a world record offer on the table from Saudi Arabia.

Relevo report that the Real Madrid superstar has a โ‚ฌ1 BILLION contract offer from Saudi Arabia.

This would see the Brazilian earn โ‚ฌ200m per year over five seasons.

The offer is 20 times higher than what he currently earns at Real Madrid.

The plan is to make Vinicius Jr the face of the Saudi Pro League, and for him to also be a key ambassador for their hosting of the 2034 World Cup.

Real Madrid have made it clear that they will only sell Vinicius Jr if a club pays his โ‚ฌ1 billion release clause, a figure that means it would cost Saudi clubs โ‚ฌ2bn in total to sign the superstar this summer or next.

According to Marca, Madrid have no intention of letting Vini Jr leave unless they are forced to.
