Joao Pedro is looking to leave Brighton this summer, and the Brazilian has no shortage of suitors, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The 23-year-old has enjoyed two successful seasons at the Amex after joining in a €34.2 million deal from Watford in 2023. In 70 games for Brighton, Pedro has scored an impressive 30 goals and provided 10 assists.

Pedro’s performances for the Seagulls haven’t gone unnoticed, and transfer insider Fabrizio Romano reports that a host of Premier League heavyweights hold a concrete interest in the versatile attacker.

Romano has revealed that Pedro is looking for a new challenge this summer, and it seems that Brighton won’t stand in his way if their valuation of him is met.

Pedro on the move this summer

According to Romano, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Newcastle are all admirers of the Brazilian. All four are in the market for a striker this summer, so it is no surprise that the 23-year-old is on their radar.

Brighton, however, are known to be tough negotiators and they are aiming to make a significant profit on Pedro. Romano reports that a fee in the region of €70 million could do the trick in the upcoming transfer window.

So far, it seems that there have been no concrete developments regarding formal approaches for Pedro, but it may only be a matter of time as the attacker has ‘opened the door’ to a potential move.

Pedro is regarded as an ‘attractive option’ and his representatives are actively sounding out suitors. Romano expects him to be one to watch in the market this summer, although his final destination is not yet known.
