While the Week 18 NFL schedule will decide who finishes with the most against the spread wins in the regular season, the team with the most ATS losses has already been decided. The Ravens and Lions are tied with a league-high 11 covers, while the Falcons are at the opposite end of the NFL betting trends, with an NFL-high of 11 ATS defeats. Despite that, Atlanta can still make the postseason with some help on Sunday. But simply avoiding its 12th ATS loss of the season to New Orleans won’t be enough, as the Falcons will need to win outright against the Saints as 3.5-point underdogs in the Week 18 NFL odds.

The Falcons are 2-3 both ATS and SU as underdogs. While they have covered in three straight matchups with the Saints, are you comfortable backing them with Week 18 NFL bets to win outright and keep their postseason hopes alive? All of the Week 18 NFL lines are listed below, and SportsLine’s advanced computer model has all the NFL betting advice and NFL predictions you need to make the best Week 18 NFL picks now.

The model, which simulates every NFL game 10,000 times, is up well over $7,000 for $100 players on top-rated NFL picks since its inception. The model entered Week 17 of the 2023 NFL season on an incredible 178-129 run on top-rated NFL picks that dates back to the 2017 season. It is also on a 32-21 roll on top-rated NFL picks since Week 7 of last season.

The model also ranked in the top 10 on NFLPickWatch four of the past six years on straight-up NFL picks and beat more than 94% of CBS Sports Football Pick’em players four times during that span. Anyone who has followed it is way up.

Now, it has turned its attention to the latest Week 18 NFL odds and locked in picks for every NFL matchup. Head here to see every pick.

Top Week 18 NFL predictions

We can tell you one of the model’s Week 18 NFL picks is the Lions (-5.5) cover the spread at home versus the Vikings on Sunday at 1 p.m. ET. Both teams are coming off defeats, which actually spells good news for Lions bettors but not so much for Vikings backers. Detroit is 4-0 against the spread after a loss this season, while Minnesota has covered in just two of its eight games following a defeat.

These teams met just two weeks ago in which Detroit covered and controlled the game. The Lions defense had four takeaways and racked up four sacks, while the offense had over 38 minutes in time of possession. The running back duo of Jahmyr Gibbs and David Montgomery combined for 169 scrimmage yards and three touchdowns in that win, and two weeks certainly isn’t enough time for Minnesota to make drastic improvements in defending them. That duo is projected to combine for nearly 150 total yards, while Detroit’s defense does its job with three takeaways. See which other teams to pick here.

Another one of its Week 18 NFL predictions: The Jaguars (-5) cover on the road versus Tennessee in a 1 p.m. ET Sunday kickoff. The Titans were eliminated from playoff contention weeks ago, and they’ve failed to cover in both games since that happened. Meanwhile, the Jags — who have not yet clinched a playoff berth — will lock up the AFC South with a victory, providing all the incentive in the world for a great performance.

The Jags are coming off a dominating 26-0 shutout of the Panthers, and while it was a subpar opponent, Jacksonville also was without Trevor Lawrence. The team played its cleanest game of the year with no turnovers and just one penalty, and it got to pull many of its starters late, so it should be well-rested. The Jaguars also have several betting trends in their favor as they are 7-3 ATS as favorites, which is the fifth-best cover percentage, and they are 6-2 ATS away from home. The model has Jacksonville (-5) covering well over 50% of the time, while the Under (40) hits in well over 50% of simulations. See which other teams to pick here.
