Stefon Diggs is reportedly in Foxborough to meet with the Patriots ahead of a possible move to New England.
The free-agent wide receiver is looking for a new team, having spent the 2024 season with the Houston Texans.
No agreement has yet been reached between the Patriots and Diggs but, according to The Athletic, the 10-year NFL veteran is visiting with the team.
Diggs is currently recovering from an ACL tear he suffered in late October. It means the 31-year-old could miss the start of the 2025 campaign.
But Diggs, a fifth-round draft pick in 2015, would nevertheless significantly bolster Mike Vrabel’s attacking options.
The Patriots’ top options at wide receiver are currently Kayshon Boutte, Kendrick Bourne, Demario Douglas and Ja’Lynn Polk.

Before joining the Texans, Diggs spent four seasons with the Buffalo Bills, where he reached the Pro Bowl every year.
Earlier this week, meanwhile, the Texans agreed a blockbuster deal to re-sign defensive back Derek Stingley Jr.
According to reports, the cornerback is set to stay in Houston after agreeing a mammoth three-year, $90million contract – $30m per year – with the Texans.
The deal is said to include a huge $89m guaranteed and is set to make Stingley the NFL’s new highest paid defensive back.
Jaycee Horn had topped the list with his $25million extension that was agreed to earlier this month but he was almost immediately knocked from his perch.
