Bucs safety Antoine Winfield Jr. has become the highest-paid defensive back in NFL history after agreeing to a massive new deal.
As reported by NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Winfield Jr. is signing a four-year, $84.1million deal with Tampa Bay.
The contract also guarantees him $45million.
Winfield, 25, was named a first-team All-Pro for the first time following last season.
He tied for the league lead in forced fumbles with six.
