Brazilian MMA fighter Guilherme ‘Bomba’ Vasconcelos has tragically died at the age 38.
Vasconcelos, who dated singer Demi Lovato back in 2017, competed in both UFC and Bellator during his fighting career.
Guilherme’s uncle, Walter, announced his death. He said: ‘We were looking forward to your visit for Christmas, which will no longer happen.
‘Life is fleeting, and we woke up to this devastating news. What a time we live in.
‘We pray for you! May God, who can do all things, welcome you in His infinite mercy and comfort all who have always loved you!’

A cause of death is not known at present but reports in Brazil claim he died in Los Angeles.
They also say he left behind a one-year-old daughter, who he shared with model Kayla Lauren.
Vasconcelos posted a photo outside a Jiu-Jitsu studio on Instagram less than 24 hours before his death was announced.
He accumulated a record of 10-6 across multiple MMA promotions over the course of his seven-year career.
Vasconcelos and Lovato were first spotted together in 2017 as they celebrated New Year’s Eve. They also saw a film together on New Year’s Day.
They parted ways in the following July and reports at the time said their relationship ‘had run its course’.
