Detroit Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams is facing a two-game suspension for violating the NFL’s performance-enhancing substance policy, according to reports.

ESPN broke the news of Williams’ potential ban over a performance-enhancing substance late on Monday night.

The violation is the latest setback in what has been a bumpy start to his NFL career after he was drafted by Detroit with the 12th overall pick in 2022.

After missing the first 11 games of his rookie season due to an ACL injury he suffered in college, Williams received a four-game suspension after violating the NFL’s gambling policy in his second year.
