New Orleans Saints star Rashid Shaheed has been sidelined for the remainder of the season due to a injury, it was reported Thursday.
The wide receiver underwent surgery Thursday to repair his meniscus and now faces a multi-month recovery, according to Ian Rapoport.
It came as a huge blow to New Orleans just hours before their Thursday Night Football clash against the Denver Broncos as Shaheed joined the long list of Saints standouts sidelined.
