MATT HARMON: Week 3 is here. Here’s one game to binge, one game to stream, and one game to skip. Let’s start with the binge category. I’m going to go with Chargers at Vikings. This one is– look, if you’re playing fantasy, this is a get all your guys. Everybody jump in the pool, OK? It is one of those type of contests.

But this one also means something for both teams. They’re both disappointing so far. They’re both 0 and 2. These teams need to get off the schneid here with a win. Is this a spot where Alexander Mattison can bounce back against an extra generous Chargers defense now that Cam Akers is in the mix? He needs to step up. Again, this is a game where I’m trying to start as many dudes as possible. So it definitely fits for the binge category.

Next up, a game to stream. I’m going to go with the Saints at Packers here for a variety of different reasons. Number one, these two teams are breaking in new quarterbacks. We’re still kind of figuring out who these offenses are.

On the Saints side of things, look, Derek Carr hasn’t been perfect, that’s for sure. But he’s pushing the ball down the field to guys like Rashid Shaheed and to Chris Olave. And Michael Thomas is even popping up as a strong-handed, great in contested situations possession receiver. This is an offense I want to continue to monitor.

And then, obviously, on the Packers side, Jordan Love has been very efficient. He’s thrown a lot of touchdown passes, even though this offense hasn’t been fully stocked. But man, that Saints defense will put you in a bind. They’re playing extremely well on the back end. So I think this is a really nice test for Jordan Love and the young Packers offense with Matt LaFleur.

Lastly, a game to skip. Look, I hate saying skip a game that involves Patrick Mahomes, but I got to put the Bears at Chiefs in this category. And again, I’m interested on the Chiefs side, right? You’re playing Patrick Mahomes. You’re playing Travis Kelce. I think Isaiah Pacheco is a sneaky start in this game. Hell, I even think Skyy Moore can have another really nice game because the Bears defense is that bad.

But right now, the Bears, as Andy Behrens, Bears homer, simply put it, they’re a civic embarrassment for a variety of reasons right now. So they definitely deserve to simply drag this game down into the skip category all on their own. I think they could get absolutely waxed here in this spot against a Chiefs defense that’s playing very well with Chris Jones back in action.
